Shipping Australia

Styelle offers free express shipping nation wide on orders over $150 – all express orders under $150 incur a $10.00 flat rate charge to anywhere in Australia. The delivery expectancy for express shipping delivery is 1-3 business days. We offer free shipping Australia wide on all standard orders. Express shipping will mean next day delivery for the majority* of customers. To check if you fall into the Australia Post next day delivery service network, please click here. All parcels are registered. You will receive an email with your tracking number and order details.

Items purchased before 12pm weekdays will be shipped the same day. Purchases made on weekends, public holidays or after 12pm will be posted the next business day.

*Attention: For customers ordering from Western Australia and rural areas, express shipping could take up to 7 business days. All parcels are quality checked before shipping and packed as quickly as possible – sometimes Australia Post experience delays in getting parcels to these areas. Though this is rare(around 1 in 500), we felt the need to let you know in advance just in case it happens to your parcel. Australia Post works around the clock to get your parcels to you and we entrust in their service of delivering your parcel –however, any time delays that occur are (unfortunately) out of our hands.

Please note: We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of payment cleared – with the exception of the sale periods where this may take up to 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. We do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.

Shipping New Zealand

We offer a free shipping for standard post to New Zealand – express orders will incur a flat rate charge of $15.00. Standard shipping delivery time is approximately 3-12 business days. Please order before 12pm AEST to have same day shipping.

Shipping International

We offer free shipping internationally on orders over $100 – due to an increase in prices from Australia Post, all orders under $100 will incur a charge of $20.00. We offer free express shipping worldwide for orders over $200. Express shipping worldwide is priced at $30 when under $200. Please order before 12pm AEST to have same day shipping.

Express shipping internationally, your item can be expected in 3-5 business days for major countries (US/UK/EU/) and 3-10 for smaller countries. Standard shipping can take from 7-21 days average across most continents.

International customers must provide a street address for their order to be shipped. Business addresses or PO Boxes are not acceptable.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed by Styelle. Orders received before 12:00pm AEST will be sent same day; subsequent orders are shipped the next business day. Any delays post-despatch will be out of our control and will be the responsibility of the shipping company.

If you would like an expected delivery date prior to ordering, please contact us with your address and preferred shipping method and we will enquire on your behalf.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

While we do our best to avoid customs duties and taxes on International orders, in the event that an international shipment attracts custom duties and taxes, you are required to pay all Duties and Taxes on the order.

Returns and exchanges:

For international returns and exchanges, a restocking fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges also incur a restocking fee of $15 which can either be billed separately or deducted from your return when exchanging for a lower cost item.

Helpful Tip:

To correctly measure yourself, use a flexible material/plastic tape measure. For the bust, measure around your back going over the top of your areola adjacent to the floor. Waist is measured as the smallest part between the bust and hip. Hips are measured as the largest section around your bottom.
