What is biodegradable fabric? Won't it fall off in the ocean?
Biodegradable fabric is made with a plant base and a specially designed polyamide that will decompose once exposed to the microbiomes in landfill. And no, it won't fall off in the ocean. It's life expectancy is 3-5 years if you wear it an average of once a week in either chlorine or direct sunlight.

Once it's gone, it's gone so you need to get in quick when you see something you like. We only reproduce basic styles so the unique styles and prints are limited release. Only designs in our Signature Collection are aalways available.
If I order swimwear today, when will I receive it?
If you live in a metro area in Australia, and order before 12pm AEST, we’ll dispatch your order today, and you’ll receive your parcel in 1-6 business days. If your order is placed after 12pm, then it will be dispatched the following business day. International postage varies in time to delivery. Any spend over $200 will result in free express global shipping via DHL. The maximum amount of time to receive an item in the most remote area can be up to 21 days.

I've returned an item. How do I access my store credit?
You will be provided a discount code to the same amount as the credit, if you lose your code, please email us at info@styelleswim.com and we will resend it to you.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
When we send out your order, you will receive an email notification once your item has been dispatched. You will also receive an additional notification once the tracking has been added.
Where do I send my returns to?
We accept returns for full priced items only. You can return for a full refund or a store credit. Sale items are final and cannot be returned unless faulty. Please see our Returns Policy page for more information about what to include with your return.
Is there a store for me to try things on?
No, sorry. Our address is only for returns. However, feel free to email us with sizing enquiries or other questions. If you are worried about sizing, we encourage you to buy 2 sizes of the same item. This way you don’t have to wait to reorder the correct size, and you can return free to get a full refund for the incorrect size.
What are your sizes like?
We are generally quite true to size, but if we had to say, we can be on the small side compared with other retailers. See the size guide located in the description tab of each product page, if you are not sure, drop us an email. We do our very best to ensure the right fit for you.
I have credit, how do I use it?
A credit is a certain dollar amount that is credited to you once you have returned a garment in original condition. The credit has no expiry period. You will be emailed a code (which is the same as your order number) to use in checkout. Apply this code for the monetary discount to be applied. In the event you lose or cannot find your code, please email us and we will track it down for you.
Is your site secure?
Styelle uses the Shopify platform with its own custom built site security, it is amongst the best in the world. For email newsletters, our emails are locked and secured by GSVR on eco-hosting that is run on renewable energy in Melbourne.
