Refund policy
At Styelle, we love our products and truly hope you do to! If for some reason, you are not in love with your purchase, or there is an issue with it, we have a flexible free returns process so you can shop with ease and have an amazing experience every time.
Please hold onto your packaging – this is most important as you will need to seal it up to return to us. If you discard your packaging, we are happy for you to use some packaging that you have on hand (it's more environmentally friendly to re-use or repurpose) as long as the items are sealed up and won't be damaged in transit. International returns are at the buyers expense so please choose carefully. If you have changed your mind or have purchased the incorrect size, we will happily offer a store credit for the item/s so that you can pick something more suitable.
All items are hand packed and quality checked before leaving to avoid you receiving a faulty item completely. Items that are faulty are sent to our seconds processing area for the yearly warehouse clean out before summer and are not added back into the regular stock.
Returns will incur a 5% restocking fee and are processed within 5 business days of receiving your items back in our warehouse. All returns will be automatically processed for store credit or full refund (at your request); if an exchange is desired, you will need to place a new order using that store credit. You will receive an email with details of the store credit/refund once your return is processed. We will provide you with a prepaid tracking label, please ensure it is scanned when dropping to your local post office. Styelle is not responsible for loss or damage to the product during the return shipping process if it is not scanned.
We only offer returns on full-priced items. Returns must be sent back within 14 days of the customer receiving the item. If a return is sent outside of this time frame, we will use our discretion as to whether we can make an exception in accepting it.

Please note: We DO NOT ACCEPT the return of swimwear that has had its protective lining removed/tampered with for hygiene purposes. Please also wear underwear while you are trying on for an added layer of protection and ensure your body is clean and perfume free. Body odour and alcohol in perfume scar the fabrics and they cannot be resold once they have been exposed in this way. Return of products not able to be resold will not be met with an exchange/credit and will be sent back to you.
Items which are not received in their original condition as defined above will automatically be returned to sender, so please take due care when trying on your order. In particular, take care not to get makeup/deodorant/perfume on the garment/s. In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and not negotiable.
Also – if a garment doesn’t fit, don’t try to force it. Garments returned with broken stitching will be immediately sent back to you and no credit will be granted.
